Turn a request for a call into a Cal.com booking, in the chat
The agent asks which day suits, shows open times from your Cal.com event type as tappable cards, and books the one the customer confirms. Cal.com then sends its own invite, as it always does.
Sign-ups open at launch.

What happens in the conversation
Real availability
Times come from your Cal.com event type, so customers only see slots your calendar can actually take.
Times they understand
On your website the times show in the visitor's own timezone, so nobody has to work out what 3:30 PM means where you are.
Confirm before booking
The agent shows exactly what's about to be booked, with Confirm and Cancel. Nothing is created until they confirm.
Cal.com's own invite
Cal.com emails the invite with its reschedule and cancel links, so changes run through the workflows you already have.
Works on every channel
The same agent, knowledge and actions answer on your website and in every app your customers message you on.
