Requests from the chat, straight into Notion
Pick a database your team already keeps and decide what goes in each property. When a customer asks for something you track there, the agent adds one row.
Sign-ups open at launch.

What happens in the conversation
Every property, your way
For each property choose: the agent fills it in, it comes from the conversation, it gets a fixed value, or it stays empty.
Uses the connection you have
It works through the Notion connection you use for knowledge, so there's nothing new to connect.
Kept out of your knowledge
Rows in this database hold customer details, so they're never imported as knowledge for the agent to repeat.
Once per request
A repeated or retried call never adds a duplicate row, and the chat carries on after it's added.
Works on every channel
On the website chat the agent can ask for every detail at once as a form; on the other channels it asks one question at a time.

Good to know
The database's title property must be filled; Notion can't add a row without it.
