From "can we talk?" to a booked meeting, without leaving the chat
Instead of pasting a link and hoping, the agent asks which day suits, shows open times from your Calendly event as tappable cards, and books the one the customer confirms.

What happens in the conversation
Real availability
Times come from your Calendly event, so customers only see slots you can actually take.
Times they understand
On your website the times show in the visitor's own timezone, so nobody has to work out what 3:30 PM means where you are.
Confirm before booking
The agent shows exactly what's about to be booked, with Confirm and Cancel. Nothing is created until they confirm.
Calendly's own links
The confirmation carries Calendly's reschedule and cancel links, so changes work the way your team expects.
Switch it on
- Step 1
Connect Calendly once in Settings → Integrations.
- Step 2
Add a Calendly action on the Actions page and choose which event it books.
- Step 3
Ask for a meeting in the playground to see the booking flow.
Good to know
Each action books one Calendly event. Add another action for a different kind of meeting.
On your website, name and email are collected in one short form. On social channels the agent asks in the chat.
Questions
Yes. Add one Calendly action per event, such as a demo and an onboarding call, and the agent books the one that fits.

Escalate to a human
Flags the chat for your team and stops replying, so a person picks it up with the history intact.
Open a case
Logs work that can't be finished in the chat, like a refund or warranty claim, as a numbered case.
Alert your team in Slack
Posts the conversation into a Slack channel when something needs eyes on it right away.
Send a button
Adds a tappable link to the reply (checkout, help centre, tracking page), drawn natively by each channel.
Call your own API
Sends the details it collected to any endpoint you configure, then uses the response in its reply.
Look up a Shopify product
Checks price, sizes and stock in your Shopify catalogue and shows the product as a card. No app to install.
Send a Shopify checkout link
Puts what the customer chose into a cart and sends a link to your own Shopify checkout.
File an Intercom ticket
Hands the conversation to your team as an Intercom ticket, with the full context already attached.
Create a Linear issue
Turns a reported bug or feature request into a Linear issue on the right team, in the customer's own words.
