Put the right conversation in front of your team, in Slack
When something needs attention right away, the agent posts into the Slack channel you choose: who the customer is, where they wrote from, what's going on, and a link straight back to the conversation.

What happens in the conversation
Context in every alert
Each alert says who the customer is, which channel they wrote from and what the agent already tried.
Always a link back
The link to the conversation is added by orbitbase, not written by the AI, so it's in every alert.
You pick the channel
Send alerts to the team channel that should act on them, such as #support or #sales.
Nobody has to watch the inbox
Handoffs reach the team where they already are, so urgent chats aren't missed.
Switch it on
- Step 1
Connect Slack once in Settings → Integrations.
- Step 2
Add a Slack action on the Actions page and choose the channel to post into.
- Step 3
Tell it when to alert, then trigger one from the playground.
Good to know
This is separate from Slack as a channel. Connecting one doesn't connect the other.
Questions
No. Alerts and the Slack channel use the same Slack app but are independent. Use either one, or both.
Who the customer is, which channel they messaged from, a summary of what they need and a link to the conversation.

Checks price, sizes and stock in your Shopify catalogue and shows the product as a card. No app to install.

Hands the conversation to your team as an Intercom ticket, with the full context already attached.
Create a Linear issue
