Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to orbitbase, a service provided by OrbitBase, Inc.. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using orbitbase
orbitbase connects social messaging channels, business knowledge, AI models, customer records, action tools, and a shared team inbox. We may improve or change the Service over time while preserving materially paid functionality or providing reasonable notice.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, workspace activity, and the actions of people you invite.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the messages, contact records, knowledge, and other content you provide or process through the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the Service.
You are responsible for obtaining the rights, notices, and consents needed to process customer data and connect third-party channels or integrations.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service unlawfully, deceptively, or to infringe another person's rights.
Do not send spam or content that violates the policies of a connected platform.
Do not introduce malicious code, disrupt the Service, bypass security, or probe another workspace.
Do not use automated output where professional review is legally required without providing that review.
5. AI output and human oversight
AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for configuring approved knowledge and tools, monitoring performance, and using available handoff controls. You should not rely on the Service as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
6. Third-party services
Connected platforms and integrations are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party products, but we will use reasonable efforts to maintain supported connections.
7. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans renew on the billing cycle shown at purchase. You authorise recurring charges through our payment provider until cancellation. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Material pricing changes apply prospectively with reasonable notice.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, or unlawful use. When access ends, your right to use the Service ends and data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available without implied warranties. orbitbase is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
Our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to orbitbase during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes and contact
