Customer requests, in the tables your team already uses
Connect Airtable once and share the bases you want. When a customer joins a waitlist, asks for a callback or leaves feedback, the agent adds one record with each column filled from the conversation.
Sign-ups open at launch.

What Airtable adds
Only the bases you share
Airtable asks which bases to share when you connect, and the agent can only add records to those.
Column by column
Choose what fills each column: the agent, the customer's details, the channel, a link to the chat or a fixed value.
Your options stay yours
Select columns only ever get one of their existing options, so your table stays tidy.
Renames don't break it
Columns are matched by Airtable's own ids, so renaming one doesn't stop the action.
Works on every channel
On the website chat the agent can ask for every detail at once as a form; on the other channels it asks one question at a time.
